The original concept of Turnabout Secrets came into being to offer a platform for creators who are often excluded from other projects solely because of their fictional preferences. The mods of the project were all firm believers of the statement that such preferences are by no means an indicator of one’s character.The current project is (still) very clearly aimed at a mature, self-aware audience, and therefore, being a partly, or mainly NSFW artist, or having such content on one’s social media will not be an exclusionary condition upon application.The zine is focused on depictions of various couples or individuals of the Ace Attorney universe pictured in erotic situations. No couple will be excluded; not even those deemed 'problematic'.Due to the murky legal situation surrounding the topic of underage fictional characters, we cannot include them in a project that will be available to the public. However, we will accept them if they are discernibly aged up to 18 years at least. ('Discernibly' means that the character's age is obvious, either because of artistic choices or the surrounding narrative.)This zine is going to be digitally produced only and provided free of charge. We currently plan to include (at least) 10 page artists and 5 writers. Digital merch will not be produced this time around.
